Bethany King’s journey in business and real estate is a story of growth, grit, and purpose. Before launching King Realty Co, she spent over a decade gaining hands-on experience across marketing, retail operations, government programs, and mortgage finance — each role shaping the visionary leader she is today.

Bethany began her career in marketing and brand management, working with Immersion Media, Diamond Integrated Marketing, and Hudson’s Bay Company, where she executed national campaigns and large-scale events. Her time in retail and merchandising with Hudson’s Bay and Loblaw Companies provided her with deep insight into business operations, client experience, and market strategy — expertise that continues to guide her success in real estate.

Her career later expanded into the public sector, where she served as a Program Officer with Service Canada, managing government funding programs and community-driven initiatives. This experience refined her organizational leadership and strengthened her financial and operational acumen.

Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship and meaningful client relationships, Bethany transitioned into real estate full-time, gaining experience with two brokerages before founding King Realty Co. She also worked as a Mortgage Agent with Capital Lending Centre and RateShop Inc., helping families navigate the complexities of home financing and ownership.

Today, Bethany leads King Realty Co — a modern, agent-first brokerage built on the pillars of authenticity, innovation, and empowerment. She is deeply committed to mentoring REALTORS®, developing systems for sustainable growth, and creating opportunities for others to rise alongside her.
